이 시리즈 제품의 구조
- YLW 바이오매스 열매체유 보일러는 순환식 체인 화격자 보일러(왕복식 화격자)입니다. 전체 보일러는 상단의 보일러 본체와 하단의 사슬 화격자로 구성되어 있으며 현장 조립에 설치할 수 있습니다.
- 보일러 표면은 단일로를 채택하거나 뒤쪽에 구불구불한 대류 열교환 튜브가 있는 이중 사각 코일을 조입니다.
- 연료의 특성에 따라 이 시리즈의 연소 장비는 먼지 축적 방지 구조를 채택하여 보일러의 먼지 축적을 줄이고 먼지 청소가 편리합니다.먼지 축적을 줄이고 연소 장비의 화력을 향상시키기 위해 보일러 대류 열 전달 섹션은 높고 낮은 지그재그 열, 넓은 간격 및 그을음 분사 장치 재 청소 장치 및 기타 조치의 배치를 채택합니다.
- 전통적인 석탄 화력 보일러와 비교할 때 이러한 유형의 장비는 로 내 연소 공간이 더 커서 바이오매스의 가치를 극대화합니다.
