09CrCuSb 튜브는 예열기 및 열교환기에 널리 사용되는 일종의 합금강 튜브입니다.발전소 및 정유소에서 석탄 이코노마이저, 공기 예열기, 열교환기 및 증발기를 제조하는 데 널리 사용되며, 이는 황 연도 가스의 응결 부식에 저항하기 위해 고황 연도 가스에서 작동합니다.
이음매 없는 강관, 후판, 단조품, 특수용접재 등의 내황산노점부식에 강한 저합금 ND강 09CrCuSb는 초고출력 전기로에서 제련, 노외정련, 진공탈기를 거쳐 제조되었습니다.부식 과정에서 표면에 Cr, Cu, Sb 및 Ti가 풍부한 조밀한 보호막이 형성되는 것이 특징이므로 높은 내식성을 가지고 있습니다.
ND 강은 저합금 구조용 강재입니다. 연강, Corten, CR1A, ND 강과 같은 다른 유형의 강에 비해 내식성 및 기계적 특성이 우수합니다.
